Hampton’s Cycling & Fitness Getaway!!!!
September 27th to September 29th.

This Hampton’s Getaway Weekend is designed to push your limits while also providing you with an environment to relax away from the hustle and bustle of the City.
For the fitness enthusiasts who are seeking a physical challenge and love a good sweat, THIS IS FOR YOU! Or, if you are just looking for peace of mind in a cozy place close to the sounds of the ocean on the beach, this is for you. But I encourage you to take part in both worlds.

For those participating in the Cycling and Bootcamp activities, it’s an early start, but also an earlier finish. We start early for a number of reasons, first and most important is safety. Cycling in the early morning when there are less cars and traffic out on the roads, means less encounters with vehicles. It’s cooler in the AM which allows your body to put more energy into your performance rather than trying to keep it from over heating. Then, you also get to finish early allowing for more time for you to do whatever you want with the rest of your day.

The cycling and fitness activities for Saturday and Sunday are as follows:
Cycling – 2 hours
Time: 8:45AM – safety speech, route and intervals setup.
On the pedals: 9:00-11:00AM

Bootcamp Interval Drills – 75-90 minutes
Time: 11:15-12:30AM
Bootcamp course demo Friday early evening or in the 15 minute window after ride while snacking.

Working on a wine & cheese Saturday evening event.

These Interval Base Cycling and Bootcamp routines will have you continually burning calories, boost your VO2 max while getting stronger and faster. Complete details and breakdown of fitness activities (Cycling&Bootcamp) to follow shortly. Preferably, you should have a performance Hybrate bike or better. I’m waiting to hear from a couple of bike shops regarding bike rentals and rates (in the City & the Hampton’s), so let me know if you need to rent.

All Bootcamp equipment will be provided. You may want to bring workout gloves for handling ropes and other things.

You will be required to sign a waiver for Cyclingtheapple, me and Cozy Cottages whose property the Bootcamp will be held (Cozy Cottages, Wainscott, NY).

Included in your package is:
Three nights at Cozy Cottages. Take advantage of the early noon check-in!
